An excellent diet. This is the cornerstone of Health meets Food recipes and meal plans. Eating more fats as monounsaturated oils like olive and grapeseed oil while minimizing fats from animal sources like butter and red meats. Consuming lots of veggies and whole grains along with fish that's high in the good fats. Much of the research that has been done recently on eating healthy has centered around these basic ideas.
