Para recetas de platos principales, creo que los que tienen menos de 35 microgramos de vitamina K estan seguro. Esto es una cantidad moderada de vitamina K. Para platos, algo menos de 15 mcg es una buena guía. Hay algunas recetas que utilicen el brócoli, coliflor y otros ingredientes que son más altos en vitamina K, tales como los espárragos.
Los ingredientes no son utilizados en cantidades largas y los otros ingredientes en las recetas son generalmente bajos en Vitamina K, entonces el total de los platos no es bastante alta para comer y disfrutar.
