Green Goddess Dressing

This recipe can be multiplied and keeps well in the refrigerator for a week or more.
Ingredients
| 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrins is gluten-free) |
| 2 clove Garlic, raw (minced) |
| 1/2 lemon yields Lemon juice |
| 1/8 tsp., ground Dried tarragon |
| 2 large Green onions (sliced) |
| 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley |
| 1 Tbsp., drained Capers |
| 2 Tbsp. Reduced fat sour cream |
| 1/2 cup Reduced fat mayonnaise |
Instructions
Place the Worcestershire sauce in a blender with the garlic, lemon juice, tarragon, green onions, parsley, capers, sour cream and mayonnaise and puree until smooth.
Chill before serving.

If you like salads, great. However, making fresh dressings that you love is a much better choice.
This is a great dressing for salads but is perfect on sandwiches as well instead of mayonnaise.
