Recipe Notes

Often people talk about how they are eating healthy because they eat salads. Check the bottles of dressing for the amount of fat and calories.  Often there is both added sugar, tons of salt and poor quality calories.

If you like salads, great. However, making fresh dressings that you love is a much better choice.

This is a great dressing for salads but is perfect on sandwiches as well instead of mayonnaise.
