Ingredients
| 2 slices Whole wheat bread |
| 1/4 cup Simple Hummus |
| 1/2 cup Fresh spinach (or arugula) |
| 1/4 cucumber Cucumber (thinly sliced) |
| 1/4 medium Apples (or pear)(thinly sliced) |
| 1 slice Reduced fat cheddar cheese |
| 1/4 medium Tomatoes (thinly sliced) |
Instructions
Gather all ingredients and equipment.
Toast the bread.
Spread the hummus on both pieces of bread.
Layer the remaining toppings on the sandwich and serve.
