Amy’s Spinach Feta in a Pocket Sandwich

Amy's Spinach Feta in a Pocket Sandwich

This doesn't have much flavor but is marginally better than the Broccoli and Cheese product that Amy's produces.

The spinach has the bitter flavor that gives it a bad name with children. As with the Broccoli and Cheese Pocket Sandwich, there's not much taste of cheese. One would hope for the nice pungent feta flavor that blends so well with spinach but it's just not there. A bit of spice might have been nice as well (just a hint of nutmeg could do wonders here).
