Amy’s Macaroni & Cheese (Frozen)

This is a good and creamy Mac and Cheese with a rich cheese flavor. Like most frozen pastas, the macaroni was overdone. Baking in the oven as directed on the package formed a nice crust on top. There's a major drawback in that one serving is 410 calories. This isn't so bad and coupled with a salad or Pan Grilled Broccoli it would make a good meal. The issue that kept it from being a top pick is the amount of saturated fat. At ten grams this is about half the daily amount for those on a 2000 calorie diet -- too much for many people trying to eat healthier.

3 forks out of five.
