I love kale and eat it daily, either raw in a salad or cook it with eggs for breakfast. However, this has caused me to stop eating spinach, since I buy bags of chopped kale instead of bags of spinach. Which one is healthier?
One would be hard pressed to say whether kale is better than spinach or vice versa. Both are fantastic for you. They are low in calories and have lots of great vitamins, including Vitamin C and Vitamin K. Kale does have about twice as much fiber as spinach, so it might "win" in a "battle of the greens."
