According to the USDA, a medium sized, raw, and unpeeled zucchini has 5 micrograms (mcg) of Vitamin K and a cup of chopped zucchini (also unpeeled) comes in at 8 mcg. This would be considered a low amount of Vitamin K when the daily RDA is 76-80mcg.
