I am on chemo for lymphoma and wondered if you had done any research on how to make things palatable when the tastebuds go awry. I know what to eat and what not to - I just don't know how to make it taste bearable.
I'm sorry to hear about the issues you are having with lymphoma.
We have found a book that I think is excellent. The title is Healthy Eating During Chemotherapy by José van Mil. It is one of the most innovative approaches to the issue of eating while on chemotherapy.
The author is a chef, and along with consultation with a physician has delivered a fantastic book. The sections are divided into light, smooth, soft with a bite, liquid, crispy, and firm. The recipes are delicious and the book beautiful.
Thanks for writing and all my good wishes are with you.
