What is the difference between dry roasted and oven roasted nuts?
Dry roasting is just that: dry. Nuts are often roasted in oil which adds calories.
Given that nuts are mostly fat, they are easy to roast without any added fat - that's "dry roasting".
"Oven roasted" could mean either oil roasted or dry roasted.
