I am prediabetic. Can I eat popcorn made at home with about 3 tablespoons of oil? I have not been able to find out. Thank you so much for your website. It is great and so, so, helpful.
The three tablespoons of oil alone is not unhealthy, but there are a lot of calories in that amount of oil (about 400 calories) and the popcorn could be another 100 calories.
Here's how you can make your own varieties of popcorn at home.
Thanks for writing,
