The other day I made a crockpot of chili and failed to cool it properly or put it in the refrigerator. I left the lid on overnight and it seemed to be bubbling a little in the morning.
Was the chili bad, or would reheating it kill any mold or bacteria that may have formed?
This would be another good example of, "When in doubt, throw it out."
Tough to have to throw it out, but it has to be done.
Thanks for writing.
