question: does making yourself throwup help you loose weight or get thinner? and if so what are the consequences?
Starving yourself will make you lose weight but this can be a very dangerous way to go about it.
Don't do this.
Throwing up to lose weight is very dangerous and should never be done. It can kill you.
Don't do this.
If you want to lose weight and are struggling with how, discuss this with your parents and have them help you by making an appointment with your doctor to discuss a sensible plan.
Thanks for writing.
