Simple Hummus Sandwich

Ingredients
4 1 roll 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins Rolls |
1/2 cup Simple Hummus |
2 cup Fresh spinach |
1/2 cucumber (8-1/4 inch) Cucumber (thinly sliced) |
1 medium (3 inch dia) Apples (or pear)(thinly sliced) |
4 slice (3/4 ounces) Cheese, cheddar, sharp, sliced |
1 tomato Tomatoes (thinly sliced) |
Instructions
Gather all ingredients and equipment.
Toast the sandwich thins. If sandwich thins are unavailable, whole wheat or whole grain bread works well instead.
Spread the hummus on all slices of bread, about 1 tablespoon of hummus per slice.
Then, layer the remaining toppings evenly amongst the sandwiches and serve.
