Amy’s Organic Lentil Vegetable Soup (Gluten Free)

There was not much to this soup in the flavor department. It is full of lentils and diced veggies but the taste is certainly disconnected from the looks of the soup. A bit mushy at first, the tasters felt that it simply needed salt (it is a low sodium soup after all). Adding enough salt to bring it up to 700 mg per serving didn't help. One reviewer noted that the soup "tastes canned."

Leave it on the shelf.
