Amy’s Organic Chili: Low-Fat Medium Black Bean (Gluten Free)

Amy's Organic Chili: Low-Fat Medium Black Bean

This is a good product for a canned chili and makes good enchiladas. There's a good chili flavor. The beans are not overcooked as with most canned chili. As a chili Amy's has the downside of having 680 mg of sodium in a single cup. Given that one might eat a cup or more for a dinner serving this might be too much for those on a very low sodium diet.

Amy's chili gets 3 1/2 forks out of five.
