Weight Watchers Smart Ones Chicken Enchilada Suiza
This was a pretty good product for a frozen meal. In the last few months of tasting there's not been much that has stood out as being rated as good with most frozen meals getting 1 or maybe 2 forks.
These enchiladas get 3 forks. It is as good as anything you are going to get at most Mexican restaurants. It is actually spicy and the corn tortilla has some texture. The sour cream and green chile sauce is creamy and tangy and a bit spicy. The rice is not very good at all, however, being dry and bland. Mix it with about half of the sauce and it helps a lot. This is far and away better than the Lean Cuisine Enchilada.
